On Solid Ground will perform scheduled site visits of the construction project in order to provide our clients with a summary of construction activities and progress, any problems or potential problems, and review of the contractor’s pay requisition. We will review the contractor’s pay requisition for accuracy and to determine if it is reflective of work-in-place. Any problems or questions will be addressed with the contractor, architect, borrower, or lender, as needed.
