At the request of the lender, in order to accommodate loan closing, we will perform
a Plan & Cost Report. Documents typically reviewed include the construction plans,
specifications, Geotechnical Report(s), Environmental Report(s), construction contract,
budget, schedule, and permits. When completed, the Plan & Cost Report will typically
include the following but can be tailored to meet our client’s specific needs:
A description of the proposed project.
The completeness of the documents provided for review.
Highlights of any potential problems.
Review of the budget for the proposed project to determine if funds will be sufficient to complete the project.
